I love helping my private clients find their best self. I deep dive into their diet, explore their beliefs about food, the rules, find their feel-good foods and help them create a personal toolbox of routines and strategies that work for them.
I also love a plan. OK so I can be a bit of a control freak but I feel far too many people bury their heads in the sand when it comes to sorting out their own health: we plan time off, holidays, walking the dog, picking up the kids, shopping and maybe our finances but more often than not, health planning consists of a meal plan and an unwritten intention.
And that’s it. It lasts for about 2 weeks, you get bored, are not sure what you are really doing, then give up.
