I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 and now 5 years on have made it and survived. Over the past 5 years I have not felt myself, due to the treatment and daily drugs.
When I met Mel, I was in a very low place, feeling rubbish everyday with no energy and daily headaches that were taking over my life, even to the point where my self confidence was wavering. I was going to the gym everyday, eating as healthy as I could, but still felt rubbish.
I was impressed with Mel’s background and knowledge so I decided to join her 12 week intense transformation.
Now into week 6 of my programme I can honestly say I feel like a new person already. Mel listened to my story and left no stone unturned on how I felt, what my daily routine was, my diet and what I wanted my goals to be. After keeping a food diary for 1 week Mel came up with a bespoke personal plan in terms of diet, exercise and (importantly) rest. I also have her complete support with on line, face to face and telephone sessions.
I was looking forward to a week's holiday, but was also worrying about eating the right food whilst away. Mel took the time to find out the weekly menu for the hotel I was staying at and gave me a breakdown of the best dishes to eat.
